If you think that $4m will fund the office, a new clinical trial and Biotron's promised IND, for more than a few months, you are severely mistaken. Don't let their point blank statements override the facts that you know to be true. No company can go into a trial with only $4m in the bank...... well, not for very long. I would say that if the options don't get converted you will see a CR immediately.
