I agree entirely. Maybe we should have a government run property trust, were farming properties for sale are placed in the trust, the owners get paid but have to keep a certain amount of capitol in the trust. The trust could then work like a bond market and sell shares in the trust, that can be redeemed. That way the properties would get much needed money to upgrade them and become a working profitable business.
