small correction necessary here. In fact the majority did agree to sell, somewhere around 67% or so from memory. As a special resolution the SoA failed because it required 75% to pass. But all the same, 67% is a solid majority. Governments are installed on far less. Given this, it would not be surprising for these to again agree to sell at 20 cents just to be clear of this never ending dogfight. I know I would.
