re final offer claims - you wont get that in an SIA in most circumstances..as it comes down to a vote and 75% acceptances

you generally find that a FINAL offer applies to mostly off - market t/o where 90% is required and most co's will stipualte that the bid is full & final (subject to any rival bid) or in the case of rival bids competing when an offer goes to the max limit a co would pay they announce final..

Hanlong do not have to lodge anything to the asx re FINAL offers...not anything to the ASX on anything at all
