Coast girl and Bundalee are right on the money with their recommendation. It worked with my youngest son. The only other thing I can add, although I'm sure you realise this, is that a) she is looking for attention (and probably reassurance) in a new environment and b) trying to re-establish the pecking order amongst her 3 siblings. Have you got a special time of the day, even if it's only 5-10 mins that is exclusively one on one with her, every day? I know that's a tall order with 4 littlies but it can just be something simple like it's her job to go with you to collect the mail from the mailbox, or to pass you the pegs when hanging out the washing.
