Hopefully after this ICC hearing is held and what ever the Sundance claim is the news will flow thick and fast.
I could see the writing on the wall with sticking with Sundance and where the actual money was going to flow.

UPDATE ON CONGO PROCEEDINGS
ICC Hearing completed
Sundance Resources Ltd (“Sundance” or “Company”) wishes to provide an update regarding the
proceedings between Sundance and the Republic of Congo (“Congo”).
On 1 November 2024 the Company announced that the hearing for the arbitration between
Sundance, Sundance’s subsidiary Congo Iron SA and Congo (“the Parties”) was scheduled to occur
before the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC (“ICC”) on 14 November 2024 in Paris.
The hearing was completed on 17 November 2024. The Company is now waiting on a decision from
the ICC which is not expected for approximately a further 6 to 8 months.
The Company will update shareholders when a decision has been handed down.
The settlement discussions with Congo were independent of, and had no effect on, the Company’s
ICC arbitration against the Republic of Cameroon and is expected to occur late January 2025.
