Valuation has a hard enough time moving prices, even over extended periods. What hope over a few months? The reason it is expensive is that it is highly sort after. It is popular. Unless one can see a catalyst for that to imminently change, then what's the basis? And if you can see the catalyst and understand its timing, well I take my hat off to you.
