My way is easier. Don't vote. When they send the fine, write in the space provided on the reverse the reason for not voting, which I put as "Jehovahs witness" (precluded from forced to vote). Then I just send it back in the prepaid envelope they provide me. Only time I voted in the last 15 years was in the last referendum.
