Just FYI i'm no a serial " down ramper " although many might think so ...because what I write from time to time might conflict with your views

- accountability , transparency are very important ...as is clarity and ease of understanding

- no doubt the PIL management are working very hard to succeed with their vision - that doesn't guarantee success !

- The outcomes are variable

For the PIL devotees ...... remember hope & announcements & pumps etc aren't really a business plan

- Track record of performance is important

- The June quarterly report - due out in about 3 weeks should be good reading
