Have you tried calling / communicating with their help desk
I thought one of PILs features was competing in the market for Expat Philippines to send money " easily & competitively " to the Philippines .
Here is an extract from the FYE 2019 Annual report ...... ( see below )
Maybe they have a different app for o/s remittances - I don't really know . I believe PIL have an active Facebook user group . So maybe have a bit of a dig around there and see what the feedback it is .
Meanwhile it would be good to hear from others and just check to see how good the 1st hand user experience might be .
Hopefully for PIL holders ...its excellent !!!
