This is not good .

Were you able to access any help / support / FAQ's about registering ?

Because it it is so ........ then others will surely have the same issue

( that is unless you are hopeless at doing stuff on line etc - please dont take offence at that comment )


Mind you I've had this issue on occasions with other situations . I'm pretty average as an IT adopter ....too old - LOL

If its taking up more than 2 minutes of time ...I usually just say forget it ...and stop trying .

Possibly not a good attitude , but possibly reflective of many .


Hopefully PIL are well aware of any such issues & presumably there are "help lines" - and "complaint avenues"

AS easy intuitive first time use would be key to ongoing use I expect .

IF it actually is this hard ......... then PIL may have a real problem with market acceptance .

Its always harder to re launch a second time !!!

No market acceptance

No transactions

No money flow

etc etc etc
