    I bought in heavily at $1.90 so DIV payday tomorrow is a good result for me as apposed to the pricing now.
    6% is always a buy in for me.
    I believe MGR is so undervalued, and the market is underestimating the liquidity injection.
    Albo is going to follow through with from the previous GOV.
    I think 2024 will be another good year for property.
    The olympics and the lead up too, along with not enough bedrooms to accomodate some 750,000 new immigrants in a 2 year period is also being underestimated.So we do some simplistic maths here, Australia is now the most multicultural country in the world surpassing Canada.
    33 out of every 100 people currently living in Australia is born outside of the country.
    I develop property on the Gold Coast and i have a lot of land banking, some of my redevelopment stock i am selling to Brisbane & Singaporean developers.
    We all see the same thing going forward, more demand than supply.
    Australians pay their mortgages and other bills, its apart of their cultural makeup.
    Money will start flowing back into Australia when the easing of the USD which bodes well for the market also.MGR is in the box seat, with good management and a low LVR.Good luck with your trades and investments.
