The people at BKI should take a leaf out of Hamish Douglas' book.If you are going to issue new securities at a discount in an closed end investment fund, confine the offer to existing holders and even better still, have the fee earning manager of the fund bear the costs of the discount. I am really pleased I chose to stick with MGG and got out of BKI.
