I wish i had that much cash to play with. Property is never on my agenda I am just a poor bloke cannot afford an investment property . Property investment is also great as long as its a house , not apartment/unit/townhouse etc

My friend who was given 300k deposit money by his dad to buy a property for himself bought FMG at around $1.3 something during the GFC , he made a fortune from the trade and this helped him getting his property on a much smaller loan
