just my speculation, my idea of cheap is based on blackmores' earning this year(18.7m), which can be doubled easily by just DIVESTS GLOBAL THERAPEUTICS (27m) which is announced on 27 oct 2020. whereas, a2 to double its earning to 1,100m is almost impossible. Past PE is just a relative measure that is used to compare similar companies at similar stage of growth cycle in my opinion.
