Wenty, hard to know. Because the way we're currently headed we could be diluted to such an extent that we become irrelevant.

I was outraged after reading the judgment. I previously indicated to Justin that I didn't think we had a hope in hell and the judge agreed. The fact that counsel didn't try and give an indication of what our position would be at trial on various aspects says it all - ie we don't have an arguable position.

I still think the area is highly prospective and we're about to find out just how prospective. If it transpires that there's a valuable resource which we're not going to benefit because of the actions of the board, then it won't be hard to interest one of my bottom-feeding plaintiff litigant mates in an appropriate class action.
