    'My only comment is the use of the word...'EXPECTED'? Needs clarification?'...

    Have spoken to Matt Philchuck PFC...the use of the word 'expected' is a legal requirement by the Lawyers....just in case the WEATHER/RIAN causes delays.

    There is alot of rain/water in the area atm so delays are a distinct possibility.
