I think you may be mixing up BKP and CTP in your post there. BKP owns an interest in EP127 and EP128, not EP103 and EP104.

I'm not sure what else CTP has going, but if this was their main venture right now I wouldn't want to be a share holder after that announcement.

I cannot speak to drilling schedules as I have no idea about all that. But from what I understand the Mid-Feb date has always been about the drill hitting the ground, not completion of the drill.

So far, I don't see anything in the announcement that compromises BKPs position up to this point. I'd have loved to see a more explicit drilling schedule of course, but having any news flowing at regular intervals will be good to bolster confidence further.
