About the site visits, here's what BKT said in their ann on 19 July :
"Lenders hosted by Black Rock management at the Mahenge Graphite Project site – all three leading potential lenders have now completed site visits and have substantially completed due diligence"
Here's my translation :
Even though we've been repeatedly indicating to the market for the past 8 months that credit-approved term sheets were imminent, they were not, and the lending parties wanted a mine site visit too, which has only just occurred. At this time, all three parties have not yet completed their due diligence. We don't know when we might get the signed term-sheets. Maybe sometime this year, maybe next.
