Depends on the structure of the CR. I hope it's an entitlement issue and not a placement. If it's a placement and rights issue (SPP) you might get a chance to buy around the placement price.
With the recent weakness overseas and BKT trading towards the top channel, I wouldn't be surprised to see it test 27c. I'll be looking to add if it does trade down in that region.
