    Scott .. what would be the purpose of any manipulationm (if it were verified) ?
    Down on an otherwise up day is not a good look?

    If it is not manipulation the seller/s should give an honest explanation.
    Hopefully, for holders, it is a personal seller problem, unrelated to the fundamentals.

    My impression is that the company wants to unlock value asap?
    Is that still the case?

    Have the fundamentals changed at all ?
    Company to clarify?
