RNU is a local project and they will ALWAYS be in favour over foreign ones - particularly African ones where just the word Africa has people concerned about sovereign risk. You only have to go down the road to AVZ to see the quagmire they're stuck in and people will lump all projects into that same 'African' basket. There is an abundance of minerals in Africa but for me you have to be careful where you put your money and Tanzania and BKT is at the lowest end of the risk spectrum.
