I am open to other people's opinions if they can back it up. Like I said BKT SP may drop further but the problem is that others will think that there is some sort of logic and reasoning to the lines on his charts rather than "guessin" and a vibe.

At the current SP, BKT is valued at approx 6% of NPV. To me this is a very attractive risk vs reward proposition especially as they have all approvals in place and a good relationship with Tanz Gov.

How they acquire the funds for the construction will be the next big question: JV, takeover, capital raising / dilution, finance debt/loans. BKT have stated it is targeting 50% debt funding (from memory). This could come from a JV partner.
