    On 9th Sept 2022 the conditional framework agreement with Urbix was inked giving Urbix 150 days of exclusivity to the fines from Mod 2. By my calculations, the D Date for the deal to be agreed is early Feb 23. There is an additional 45 days to make it all formal. Based on this, I would expect to see some volume and SP appreciation over the next 4 weeks leading into this announcement.
