Do people think other parties would be interested in 25% of the project for 25% of the NPV ($125M to get the NPV $500M over LOM)?
I ran some rough numbers on what this could mean for possible BKT divvies in the future based on projected free cash flow and assumptions around payout ratios. Numbers have been taken from various places and have some fairly loose assumptions but it looks compelling. Would be interested in others thoughts on this.
A payout ratio of 50% could give an annual dividend in the order of 50% of the current share price for minimum of 18 years.
Free cash flow estimate from MST access report for 2029
2019 DFS cashflow projections (below) suggest fairly constant net cashflows for 18 yrs.
