    is that 80 mill already counting poscos 30mil to maintain 20%?
    Option A
    is it $64 needed to raise and then posco chipping in $16mil to keep 20%.

    Option B
    or is it 110 needed to raise, which will consist of 88 mil and then posco 22mil to maintain 20%?
