Think weve all been wondering this.
They will need the full 40mil from posco for the upto 19.99% or else it they cant do the deal.
i think posco would come to the table as they need to lock in our module 2 fines and need to have bkt set for finance asap or they wont be producing batteries.
They need us just as much as we need them.
also at this rate, their 20% would be worth nothing as if they dont help move the Sp. Then bkt will delay negotiating for other finance as it will be to dilutive.
