Germany's Volkswagen plans to have production running for solid-state batteries as soon as 2025 via a joint-venture with a U.S. startup.
Nissan Motor plans to develop its own solid-state battery which will power a non-simulation vehicle by 2028.
Fair concern but even in the article link posted there are two comments (above) that suggest (IMO) that the technology is still several years away...
