    Crazy really . WKT is kicking on nicely so it's as close to a sure thing as you'll ever get in the sharemarket that you'll get at least a 50-100% uplift in share price as soon as BKT make equivalent announcements which to be honest are now a certainty. WKT has proven that Tanzania is well and truly open for business and banks are there with funding . Personally I don't think the market has remotely understood the POSCO involvement.
