@SG50It's worth noting that analyst coverage will more often than not err on the side of conservatism and apply a decent risk adjusted discount until key milestones are delivered. Once milestones drop, the risk weighting lightens up and the % of total NPV value continues to increase.
Iam not sure if BKT deserves to be viewed with an NPV discount of 14%, as per Petra's view, nor does it command an 8% discount rate. My personal opinion is closer to 12% until FCI and funding is in place.
30% of NPV post DFS and funding is the general rule of thumb which I fully expect to play out over the coming months.
A quick look at the shorter term setup before the day begins - A close above 19c will be key to unlock the next leg higher for the stock.
Is a cup n handle formation on the cards here? This setup is continuing to look more likely and if this is the case a measured move of 8c + 19c neckline will be the initial target = 27c
I would like to see the small gap back to 16c closed during this pull back phase, just to satisfy my OCD.
