Just looking at the Urbix announcement again. It says “Under the Agreement, the parties have 150 days to satisfy conditions precedent. Thereafter the parties have a further 45 days to enter into final binding agreements.”
So, we may hear by the next week or so if conditions precedent are met but there will be up to another 45 days before any deal is locked in.
