market has ignorantly shown time and time again that they think Africa is all one country such that when you read about an uprising in say Bukina Faso (currently in the news) or Mozambique (recent past in news) that you've got to bail ASAP ...personally I'd back BHP's recent due diligence on Tanzania than skittish punters
