I know your post was not directed to me, but I have not seen any convincing analysis by which the valuation of BKW shares ought in some way Incorporate a dilution factor to take into account the cross ownership between SOL and BKW. I would be most interested to see how such dilution comes about, but so far on Hot Copper I've only seen people assert it without explaining any mathematical basis for it.
