BLA down nearly 30% in 4 weeks

To drop nearly 30% in 4 weeks with no announcements I would have thought is very unusual - even taking into account the economic conditions.

There must be something else going on - not sure why BLA management are not doing something to try to stop the SP going down. BAL's shareprice recently kept falling and out came an announcement which has made a huge difference.
