    - AFR Article highlighting downside 2/10/16
    -Performance fees booked in advance???
    -internal valuations - not independent
    - heavily invested in property in Brisbane apartment market
    -would have to double earnings to keep current P/E
    -no great PE exits

    sounds like a perfect short to me??
