I see the point of the article, it is a very interesting read on what can cause severe droughts in the US.
I am just not sure what your point about it is.
are you saying that you do agree with the article point of view that "The risk of severe mid-continental droughts is expected to go up over time, not down,"
hence your concern about the "the apocalyptic inferno "
