I understand the deposits are CID. Unlike BIF, CID deposits do not yield 67%Fe; around 57%Fe I think should be expected. P impurities of around 0.07% is no big deal. I think is pretty average. 0.05% would be low and 0.15% would be very high. So FMS P is pretty average.
Bear in mind FMG is mining the stuff and just compare FMS CID deposits with FMG, I may be wrong but I don't think you find much variation.
Fe is a logistic play, and FMG has blazed the trail. FMS tucking behind FMG would avoid all the head wind.
Having said that. Fear is firmly in control of the market at the moment. And I think it would be exploited by the Chinese and sovereign funds. It is a golden opportunity for them to pick up resource stocks next to nothing. Already you can find substantial holdings ann emerging in a number of companies.
