    RNU market cap about 150 mill- cash lets say $140 mill compared to 3 mill for BCA

    So in basic value RNU is 40 x more expensive than BCA

    so to be equivalent BCA would need the 20c shares to go to nearly $4 to be same valuation

    all quick back of the envelope buy you get the gist?
