Surely you see the disconnect.
Is this rally based on good fundamentals and a strong US economy, no, not by a long shot.
The fed is going through QE2 because the country is in poor shape, not good shape. (and they are desperate)
What they need is higher industrial output, higher employment rates and less govt intervention.
I read today 2% increase in US domestic consumption.
Great for china, not the US. They need production, not consumption.
Which ways will the markets head, who knows.
What i do know, we are simply pawns dragged along for the ride, nothing more, nothing less.
