For me the moving averages are no more than levels of support. The MACD gives your momentum and right now there is none. But I guarantee you if there is no news this will slide down to the low 4's over the next 2 weeks.
To each there own, we trade differently, but I wouldn't buy off a daily as my system is weekly, I would use monthly to confirm loger term trends for mature companies, but for mine dailies are used for exit, not entry points.
Nothing on the posted daily chart suggests a turn around IMO and a few more announcements inline with today's will do more harm than good.
Let's hope there are some tangible announcements soon or some opportune buying will present itself.
