I cant see a director of a public company providing personal security for the business. I suspect any personal financial trouble is unrelated to FAS other than unpaid wages or possibly calls on personal unrelated loans where his shares were held as security. I dont think there is any great noble cause by him to save the company by losing anything personally. Maybe I am wrong but havent seen it happen with many public companies previously.
