    I agree with you, I am basically a Centrist with some leanings to the left because I believe that some people need a leg up because of a number of reasons.
    Overall I would rather be called a Lefty than a uncaring Right winger which at the moment seem to have the casting vote in the Liberal party, the way they treat their fellow man is disgraceful.
    They turfed Tony Abbott because they felt he could not win the next election but they believed in his views.
    They then put Malcolm Turnbull in because they thought he could win, even accepted Mals money, but turfed him because of his views.
    They also do not have the ability to look at facts and have an unbiased opinion regardless of which party they are looking at, this will change, as the younger generation have had enough and there is a new view of the world coming and it will not fair well for the current Liberal values.

    The Libs wait for a crisis to hit before making a move then try to make out they are on top of the situation, they are always doing catch up and playing politics above running the country, Labour in this area does similar.
    I have also views on Labour which at times is not that flattering.

    My general approach is I will vote for whoever does the job.
