Undervalued Potential Chariot Ltd. seems vastly undervalued in the hard rock lithium space compared to its peers, especially Piedmont. With an incredibly low market cap and promising signs of a substantial resource, the company might be gearing up for significant growth. Comparisons to other lithium giants like LTR reveal an even more intriguing possibility for Chariot's potential.
The company's CEO hints at resource comparability, suggesting a possible trajectory to become the next major player in the lithium market. The recent talk of a significant car manufacturer signing an offtake deal further solidifies the potential value in Chariot's resources.Given Chariot's tighter share structure and superior lithium grades compared to competitors, conservative estimates suggest a substantial upside. If Chariot can match LTR's success, the potential valuation could skyrocket.
while its crucial to note that this investment is highly speculative @ $1 the market cap is still only $150m and this excites me about the upside in the short term
They have all the ingredients for success and if we did a direct comparable with LTR who has 2.9B shares on issue and $3.3B market cap!
If Chariot is claim Wyoming is the size of Kathlen valley and the average grade is double and even 6% at surface with lithium outcrops at surface implying 2km strike area…. then I mean how would you value an asset with double the average grade and the fact remains Chariot is very tightly held: this article also talks about a major car manufacturer signing of offtake deal which smells
like they are onto something very special
Even if this runs to $4 this would only imply a $600m company which will be lowest valued lithium company on the asx with spodumene but still 1/5 of the LTR market cap.
thany any other asx listed company with spodumene.
If chariot has the potential to match LTR as they claim and the drilling results are conclusive that they actually sitting on Kathleen Valley 2.0 then $22 just on the back of this asset and implying all their other assets are valued at zero!
Either this is the most undervalued lithium play on the asx and exciting but highly speculative
As always happy punting and DYOR!
