Interesting looking at Blackrock buys/sells in EMR. They have an increased core holding, but they also trade EMR, locking in a profit at every step. They are also able to manipulated the market - which they do do. Until another institutional holder comes along they will continue to do so. Standard fare in the UK for smaller companies. The difference in the UK is that major holders don't have to publish the trading history - merely the holding at the point in time that a notifiable threshold is passed. Their holding in EMR is a tiny drop in the ocean for them. But the fact that they hold is a positive.
