see PAN, for what happens when you (arguably) go a bit too early, and, have an operational issue(s) also .......
im sure long suffereing POS shareholders wouldn't enjoy another 50% dilution if the above was put in place 9-months ago .....
better a bit late to the party, there will be plenty of dance partners, even if the EV battery thing is only half right ! (imho)
