Oct to Dec is earthquake season in Japan and there tends to be a strong correlation between strong typhoons and strong earthquakes (lagged)... typhoon Melor which is currently hitting the Philippines is expected to hit/pass by Tokyo on Thursday...
I know this is really very long tail stuff/morbid but it maybe useful to have it the back of you minds for the next week, just in case.
