Absolutely. Many known and unknown unknowns, surprises and left field things come at you with any project, not just mining. Thats why your package is in excess of $800k a year, because you have the experience and ability to navigate these challenges and still deliver outcomes. Or you dont... Either way you get the $800k. Unless of course there's a second strike this year and the golden goose gets barbecued.
