Yeah agree with you blowie... it reminds me of Expressions of Interest in selling real-estate. You keep telling everyone that there's 2 or 3 parties interested to try and extend or lift the sale price. In the end a lot of the times... the set date expires and everyone walks away for a period of time.
But hey this is different.
