IF you have done any due diligence, and researched PH, you might not be so judgemental regarding his business accumen and performance. In case you missed it, GENERAL GUIDLINES FOR A TIMEFRAME MEAN NOTHING in the scheme of things in complex business arrangements. Have you ever been a multiple landlord and have had to deal with builders and contractors? Have you ever had to set up a complex business deal involving millions of dollars with the contracts set to run years? IF you have then you would know that timelines cannot and never will be set in concrete as there is ALWAYS the unforeseeable and unknown when you are dealing with other groups/ businesses. You can only plan as best you can. PH is doing just that in my opinion at least.
All you guys hounding management on here maybe need to look at where POS was 5 to 10 years ago, and where it is now, and where it is heading in the very near future.
