THE ANSWER I RECEIVED:

I, like many other posters on these threads, have lost my youth, my hair, my teeth and my health waiting for POS to morph from the near term producer they have been calling themselves for the past decade to actually producing something. STILL WAITING. PH has kept the same philosophy by missing every timelines set by no other than himself. But as many posters stated, we have waited for so long that we are prepared to wait for the right deal. Meeting self imposed timelines is, without a doubt, one of PH weak points. No doubt that he has other weak points. Not surprising as he is only human after all. However, he also has strong points, such as his power of speech for example.

Listed below are some of his recent achievements:

- BFS: Very comprehensive and extremely appealing economics - In my eyes, much better than expected.

- Reserves: Substantial increase in reserves - In my eyes, much better than expected.

- Grades: Substantial increase in grades - In my eyes, much better than expected.

Just imagine if the above 3 points were neutral / negative.

Now, the all important questions:

- Offtake, Financing, FID: MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED ???????? And also: WHEN?????
